AngelCare

About us

When we saw how difficult it could be for families to find reliable, compassionate care for their loved ones, we knew there had to be a better way. AngelCare was built on a simple belief that every person deserves to age with dignity, comfort, and respect in the place they feel safest, their own home. We are more than caregivers. We are trusted partners to families and a steady presence when support matters most.

Meet Our Team

Michelle Earnhart LPN

Quality Care Manager

For me, caregiving is deeply personal. I grew up in LaGrange, and my heart has always been rooted in this community. My parents were amazing, loving people, and caring for them as they aged was one of the greatest privileges of my life. That experience shaped not only who I am, but how I care for others. With over 28 years in nursing, I understand how much a calm, reassuring presence can mean during a moment of need. I’ve dedicated my career to service, guided by simple kindness, respect, and compassion. I take pride in being someone families can trust—someone who steps in to ensure their loved one feels safe, valued, and truly cared for in the comfort of their own home. My goal is for families to feel confident and secure when they entrust us with their loved ones. There is no greater professional joy than helping seniors maintain their quality of life with dignity, independence, and peace of mind.

Pam Buckhanon

Care Coordinator & Scheduler

It’s personal to me because I started this journey as a caregiver myself. With extensive experience in direct patient care, I have developed a strong foundation in compassionate service, clear communication, and collaborative support. Transitioning from caregiver to care coordinator has allowed me to apply my frontline insight to a broader administrative and organizational role. I am committed to ensuring continuity of care, facilitating effective service planning, and advocating for the needs of clients and their families. My background in hands-on caregiving informs my approach to coordination, enabling me to bridge clinical understanding with efficient care management.

Tia Whitmire

Director of Operations

Serving as Director of Operations at AngelCare is more than a title; it’s personal. I believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and supported in the place they call home, and I’m proud to help make that possible through thoughtful leadership grounded in integrity. With over 20 years of experience in administration, I focus on building systems that support both our clients and the caregivers who serve them. Integrity is at the core of how I lead, from transparent communication to doing the right thing, even when no one is watching. I’ve learned that exceptional care begins with a supported, valued team, and when caregivers are empowered, clients receive the dignity and quality of service they deserve. My role goes beyond payroll and onboarding. I work behind the scenes to ensure smooth operations, clear communication, and consistent, compassionate service. I’m a dedicated advocate for quality senior care and take pride in helping families feel confident and supported every step of the way. AngelCare allows me to combine my leadership strengths with my passion for people. Knowing our work helps clients remain independent in their homes is what drives me every day.

Vincent Croft

Founder & Co-Owner

AngelCare was born from a deeply personal experience: my family’s struggle to find reliable, compassionate care for my grandfather in South Carolina. That experience revealed a need shared by countless families and became the foundation for building an organization rooted in trust, dignity, and consistency of care. I founded AngelCare with a clear purpose: to create a home care organization families could rely on without hesitation. Today, as Founder, Co-Owner, and Board Advisor, my role is centered on protecting the values and standards that define AngelCare while helping guide its thoughtful growth into new communities. This next chapter is about building on a strong foundation by investing in people, systems, and leadership that allow us to serve more families without compromising the quality that sets us apart. For me, success is measured by longevity and impact: knowing AngelCare will continue to provide peace of mind to families for generations to come, just as I once hoped to find for my own.

Steven Donaldson

President & Owner

To me, it’s personal because I have seen firsthand how a compassionate caregiver can transform a family’s most difficult moments into a time of peace and dignity. I’ve spent my career helping leadership teams build better strategies and more informed operations, but I felt a calling to apply those skills where they would have a direct, meaningful impact on people’s lives. In 2020, when my father was facing cancer and COVID-19, our family was fortunate to have a caregiver who allowed him to remain at home during his final days. That experience is why I am apart of AngelCare. My mission is to build a strong, thoughtful organization that gives our caregivers the tools and clarity they need to provide that same level of exceptional, heartfelt service to every family we serve.
